Chocolate Snowball Cookies

I'm very busy lately, and beside from that, my hard disk just broken, and yes my raw video files and photo are gone too.

And that's what happened last week. To make me feel better, I have to do something, haha. But it has to be easy and doesn't need a lot of time.
This cookie is very easy to make, (most of the cookies are, ^^) and it's very cute too. The taste of the cookie depends on the taste and the percentage of the chocolate, so it's you who decide! If you are the chocolate purest, you can skip adding the icing sugar (cover it or not is your choice too). When rolling the cookie dough, if it's too soft, refrigerate it for 10 minutes before rolling.

Chocolate Snowball Cookies
Makes 27

60g ............................. Dark chocolate
10g ............................. Butter
20g ............................. Oil
100g ........................... Cake flour
20g ............................. Icing sugar
40g ............................. Chopped nuts (I use pecan nuts)

.................................... Icing sugar for covering the cookies

Preheat an oven to 170C
Line a baking pan with baking paper.

Put chocolate, oil and butter into a bowl.

Place over a bowl of hot water, and stir until melt and fully combine.

Put flour, chopped nuts, and icing sugar into the bowl.

 Mix to combine.

NOTE: If the dough is too soft refrigerate it before rolling into a ball.

Roll the dough into 27 small balls.

Place on the prepared baking pan.
Bake for 15 minutes.

When cool, cover with icing sugar before serving.
