Pissaladière: salty delicious

Mostly, I enjoy drinking at home (except when traveling ^^), there are many good things about drinking at home, esp when you're drinking with your friends.

First, you don't have to drive, you can have many glasses without worrying because after drinking all you have to do is going into bed and sleep, haha.
But for some people the main problem of drinking at home is food, as it's more fun to drink when you have something to eat (and it's better to your health too). Actually, it's not hard to cook or bake for small party (or even for yourself only), the most important thing that you need to think is planing. As there are many dish that you can prepared ahead or very quick to cook.
Today, it's a very easy tart recipe, plus it's very suitable to eat with alcohol, haha, as the ingredients are full of umami. You don't need to rest the pastry (but you can prepare it ahead of time too, if you want), and all you have to do is putting everything into a food processor!! (or mixing it with your hand if you don't want to wash the machine, ^^). No special equipment require. The toping is a combination of sweetness from the onion and saltiness from olives and anchovy. Ok, I know that it's not traditional way of making Pissaladière, but as long as it's easy and delicious, I hope you will happy with it too.

PS. the taste of the anchovy is varies, so taste it before using.
